Tensilica in new LTE Modems in Japan

NTT DOCOMO's LTE roll-out in Japan is gathering steam, and multiple Tensilica processors are inside the LTE modems that are now hitting the market. NTT is working with partners NEC, Fujitsu and Panasonic Mobile to get these modems and handsets (projected for 2H 2011) to market to accelerate the push for the high data speeds available with this new technology.
